The Town Board and Planning Board are sponsoring hamlet-specific discussions regarding the future of development within each of the ten hamlets of Southold Town. We want to hear your ideas about land use and zoning within your specific hamlet to aid us in completing the Land Use chapter of our Comprehensive Plan Update. The format of this meeting is a short presentation, then a more interactive segment of discussion items. It will build on the Land Use and Zoning Basics presentation from last summer. Our goal for this meeting is to present the outline of our Land Use Chapter, and gather input through questions designed to help us understand how best to address New Suffolk specifically in the plan.
